Return or exchange on products can be done only once and within 5 days of receiving the order except in the following cases:
Items that have been used or opened
An item not returned in the condition it was received.
Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
Items received through a "Mystery Product" order.
Items sourced or delivered outside India.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
The item may be damaged during transit
Or there might be a manufacturing defect
Or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In such cases as given above, we will replace the item, provided that the request for replacement/ return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below.
Returns or replacements will be allowed only within 5 days after delivery.
- A processing charge of ₹100/- will be charged upon returning the order.
This process usually takes 15-20 working days.
- To get a replacement, Place a return request on the ‘Return and Exchange’ option at the footer of the website or through this link directly.
- Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will send a delivery pickup executive to pick up the parcel.
- The pickup will be done within 2-3 days of placing the request, with no additional costs.
- Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 days we will proceed with the return only if the product is returned undamaged. Following this, your refund, or a gift card, or an exchange will be initiated as per your requirements.
- The refund will take 3-5 days to reflect in your account.
Our Return Policy:
Replacement request must be made within 5 days of purchase.
There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items.
In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available/premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither jisora.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.
We do not accept any returns, exchanges or replacements for international orders due to Custom Laws.
Only after receiving a confirmation for the return, we will send a delivery executive to pick up the parcel.
The pickup will be done within 2-3 days after placing the request with no additional costs.

After refunding the money it takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives and the customer can choose whatever is suited the best.
If the order is confirmed by us but is not able to ship on time, we then give a refund if the customer demands.
- Products in MYSTERY LISTING are NON RETURNABLE and NON EXCHANGEABLE
We offer a pick-up facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, and unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the return within 1 - 3 business days from the request placement date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.
If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.
‘If you return order and the total order amount comes below 5k, we will deduct the amount of bracelet and then refund the remaining amount, if you do not wish to keep the bracelet and want the full amount then you can send the bracelet with the return parcel’
