We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team at Jisora. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess a deep understanding of performance marketing strategies, and have a proven track record of managing high budgets effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Conduct A/B testing and utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
• Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
• Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Performance Marketer or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.
• Expertise in managing high budgets and driving measurable results through performance marketing campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms is a plus.
