As the PR Manager at Jisora, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and credibility through strategic public relations initiatives and influencer partnerships. Leveraging your expertise in PR, media relations, and influencer marketing, you will develop and execute integrated campaigns to amplify our brand message, drive consumer advocacy, and cultivate meaningful relationships with influencers and media partners.


  1. Integrated PR and Influencer Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive PR and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, leveraging a mix of traditional PR tactics and influencer partnerships to maximize reach and impact.
  2. Media and Influencer Outreach: Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, celebrities, and influencers across fashion, lifestyle, and culture, pitching story ideas, securing media placements, and negotiating influencer partnerships to generate buzz and drive engagement.
  3. Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and activations that integrate PR, influencer marketing, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand identity, messaging, and target audience preferences.
  4. Influencer Identification and Management: Identify and evaluate potential influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our brand values, target demographics, and marketing objectives, negotiating contracts, and managing partnerships to deliver measurable results.
  5. Content Creation and Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop authentic, engaging content that resonates with their audiences while amplifying our brand message and key product offerings across social media platforms and other digital channels.
  6. Event Coordination: Plan and execute influencer events, product launches, and brand activations, coordinating logistics, invitations, and media coverage to maximize exposure and generate excitement among target audiences.
  7. Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyze PR and influencer campaign performance metrics, including media impressions, engagement rates, sentiment analysis, and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of PR and influencer initiatives with broader brand initiatives and objectives.
  9. Trend Monitoring and Industry Insights: Stay informed about emerging trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape in fashion, influencer marketing, and digital media, leveraging insights to inform strategy and drive innovation.


  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in PR, media relations, and influencer marketing, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong network of media contacts, influencers, and content creators, with a track record of securing high-profile placements and successful influencer partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, pitches, and campaign briefs.
  • Strategic mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute integrated PR and influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, influencer management tools, and PR measurement and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
