Raise a request within 5 days
Visit our returns portal or click "Return or Exchange" at the footer. You have 5 days from your delivery date.

We confirm & schedule pickup
After confirming your request, we schedule a free pickup within 1–3 business days. No additional cost to you.

We receive & inspect
Item reaches us in 6–7 days. We inspect within 2–3 days to verify all return conditions are met.

Refund or exchange processed
Refund to original payment method, or exchange dispatched. Full process takes 10–15 business days.

Higher-priced exchange? You pay the difference. Lower-priced? We refund the difference to you.

One exchange per order
Once an order is exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again. International orders are not eligible.
We stand behind our quality
Damaged in transit, manufacturing defect, or wrong item? We'll replace it immediately — no questions asked.
No international returns
We do not accept return or exchange requests for orders placed outside India.

- Previously exchanged items
- Products purchased during any sale period

Self-ship it to us
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, courier the product within 5 days of raising a return request. Include your Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper inside the packet.
