Standard domestic delivery takes 4–5 business days from dispatch. Same-day delivery is available in Jaipur for orders placed before 4 PM.
My tracking isn't updating — what should I do? ↓
Tracking updates can take 12–24 hours after dispatch. If there's no update after 48 hours, WhatsApp us your AWB number and we'll investigate immediately.
What happens if I miss the delivery attempt? ↓
Delhivery makes two delivery attempts. If both are unsuccessful, the package is returned to us and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or a full refund.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering? ↓
Address changes are possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, no changes can be made. WhatsApp us immediately if you need to update your address.
How do I return or exchange my order? ↓
We have a 5-day no-questions return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Visit our returns portal or WhatsApp us with your order number to get started.
What if my pincode is unserviceable? ↓
If your pincode is unserviceable by Delhivery, we'll notify you and cancel the order with a full refund. No action is needed from your side.

Yes — we offer free international shipping via FedEx and Aramex. International deliveries typically take 10–12 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
