Where it all began

A family with 35 years
in cloth.

Long before Jisora existed, our family had spent over 35 years in the clothing business. Growing up, fabric wasn't something we studied — it was something we lived. The weight of a well-made garment, the difference between something that lasts and something that doesn't — we absorbed all of it without ever being taught.

We watched the women around us quietly face the same impossible choice every morning: clothes that were beautiful but stiff, or comfortable but boring. The middle ground simply didn't exist. Then 2021 arrived. The world paused. And we built something to fill that gap.

We didn't want a name that simply sounded nice. Jisora comes from Marwari — our ancestral language, the language of Rajasthan. In a single word, it captures the exact feeling we wanted to give every woman who wears our clothes.
