Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS with your AWB number. You can also track live on our Track My Order page. Can't find your AWB? WhatsApp us your order ID and we'll share tracking details instantly.
Please first check with family members, neighbours, or your building's reception. If still unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date via WhatsApp at +91 93589 35828 and we'll raise a dispute with the courier and resolve it for you.
We have a 5-day no-questions return & exchange policy from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. For COD orders, a RazorPay link is sent via email/SMS where you enter your bank details for reimbursement. You may also choose a Store Credit Voucher valid for 1 year as an alternative.

A store credit voucher is issued when you return a product and prefer store credit over a cash refund. It is 100% redeemable on any purchase at jisora.com and is valid for one full year from the date of issue.
Your store credit code is emailed to your registered address. At checkout, enter the code in the "Enter Coupon Code" field and the credit is automatically deducted from your total.
Store credits are valid on jisora.com only. They cannot be used on Myntra, Amazon, or any third-party platform.
